Two floors, tile down, carpet up. That's the standard unit off Sheldon Rd and Countryway Blvd, and it sets the pace of the whole turnover — hard floors get mopped and dried fast, but the upstairs carpet and the stair edges are where a rushed clean shows up in a review. We build the route around that.
Guests here aren't party bookings. It's relocating families waiting on a closing, or a contract professional in for six weeks, which means longer stays, heavier kitchens and a lot more laundry per turn. The Upper Tampa Bay Trail and Rocky Creek do their part too — bikes get wheeled through living rooms and kayak gear comes back sandy. We swap linens out rather than wash on site, photograph anything damaged before we touch it, and restock consumables so the next check-in doesn't start with a text about coffee filters.
Half-acre lots and townhome rows on the same run
Can you clean a same-day checkout near Citrus Park Town Center?
Yes. We're on the Gunn Hwy/Ehrlich side most mornings and the Veterans ramp keeps us moving, so a 10am out and 4pm in is routine as long as it's on the calendar.
Do you also cover Westchase and Town 'n' Country?
We do, and it's the same route. Owners with a unit in each usually get both turned the same morning without a travel surcharge.
